Aydan
Reality television alumni AYDAN is just 21 years old and has already had appearances on many iconic Australian TV shows such as Young Talent Time and Australia’s Got Talent. It was AYDAN’s impressive performances on The Voice that had the coaches marvelling at his confidence, making it to the Grand Final and therefore cementing Aydan’s spot in Australia’s limelight from then on.
Aydan won over judges and fans right from the start of the season with his electric performances week after week - delivering flawless vocals and tight dance routines which received a huge response from young girls across the country thus developing a dedicated fan base. After his Grand Final result and on the back of his single ‘Something About You’, Aydan’s team had live shows on sale across the country within 24 hours.
Aydan has also featured his song ‘Dust’ on the SBS series of Eurovision, Australia Decides, where Australian audiences choose their next representative at Eurovision. Aydan performed brilliantly alongside established Australian acts including Sheppard and Kate Miller-Heidke.
His first live tour was a huge success with meet and greet tickets selling out in just minutes which were held at the best live music venues in Australia. This then followed on to Aydan having sold out shows with major social media attention and activity.
Aydan produced a high energy, fully choreographed live show which received rave reviews and went out on the road for a second time later in the year. AYDAN’s live performance skills are world class and is known for his ability to put on a show like no other.
Since 2018, Aydan has been signed to Universal Music Australia and Universal Music Publishing. Since this signing, Aydan has focussed much of his time to penning songs with some of the best songwriting teams in Australia and collaborating with top talents such as DJ Tiger Lilly.
Aydan is not only a gifted performer, but a prolific songwriter too with a strong passion on writing his own material to be the authentic artist he is. Aydan has also recently been a part of collaborations with major global brands such as McDonald's Australia and Spotify too.
Aydan appeared in his first musical, ‘Fangirls’, where he played Harry, a young popular pop star who all the girls are in love with. With sold out crowds, and fans travelling interstate just to see him in the hilarious musical, Aydan has won more hearts around the country. He joined the cast of ‘Fangirls’ once again in 2021 after popular demand.
Since starring in his first musical in 2020, Aydan’s theatre credits have only gotten stronger by adding the electrifying Broadway smash-hit musical “Jagged Little Pill” to his resume. Playing a lead, with his Character Phoenix , he is playing alongside stage and screen icon Natalie Bassingthwaighte (Chicago), Tim Draxl (A Place to Call Home) and Maggie McKenna (Muriel's Wedding). Jagged Little Pill is a Tony and Grammy Award Winning Musical that is travelling to all corners of Australia in 2022.
Aydan’s most recent singles ‘Me, You & Tequila’ featuring Tiger Lily and ‘Grow Up!’, released through Universal Music, have had chart success and have been played nationally over many hit radio stations. 2022 is going to be an even bigger year for Aydan as he gets ready to release music with Universal Music and Island Records, release new music videos and tour with the current biggest Australian Musical, Jagged Little Pill.
From Iconic Australian Television shows to the Broadway stage, Aydan’s work ethic, drive and talent has shaped his career into something prodigious with a blazing future ahead.
