UMPG Signs Kacy Hill to Exclusive Global Publishing Deal

SANTA MONICA, CA - Kacy Hill, one of music’s most buzzed-about, up and coming new artists and songwriters, has signed an exclusive global publishing agreement with Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG), it was announced today by Jody Gerson, Chairman and CEO, UMPG.

UMPG will represent Hill’s catalog, including her debut EP Bloo (GOOD Music/Def Jam), which was released on October 9. Her new single “Foreign Fields” already has over 1.6 million Spotify plays, hit No.7 on Spotify’s Global Viral 50 chart and was named ‘Best Song of the Month’ September 2015 by Pigeons & Planes. Her song “Arms Length” has received 672,340 Spotify plays within two weeks of release. In addition, PopCrush named “Arms Length” one of the “Best Songs Heard All Week” (Oct. 16, 2015).
