SYNC Spotlight -  Film 'Tuintje In Mijn Hart’'. 

‘Jungle’ by Broederliefde is used in the trailer for the Dutch film ‘Tuintje in Mijn Hart’. This film is filmed mostly in Suriname and a lot of typical Suriname/ Dutch songs are featured in the film.

Once they were the best of friends, but when Axel moved to the Netherlands, he lost contact with his brother Virgil. Their mother gets the family together in her pension in Suriname, because she has been told that she has not long to live and she want’s the whole family together for the last time.
During this family meeting a lot of things happen. They even end up in an adventure deep in the jungle. The film has a tropical character with songs, like ‘Jungle’ by Broederliefde.

Tuintje in mijn hart is an adventurous, romantic and emotional story in a country where it seems everyone is getting crazy because of the hot Surinamese sun.
