The Matchmaker is a romantic dramedy, about a man looking for love for his mother and finding it for himself.
And yet, at its heart, it is a funny love story between mother and son, about the bonds of family and home and the things we share that are deeper and longer lasting than the fleeting happiness of a captured moment. It’s a film about bridging the generational gap and embracing both tradition and adventure. We’re all trying to capture happiness but most of us are just looking in the wrong place.
