The film, which tells the tale of a British Pakistani teen living in Luton whose life was changed by Bruce Springsteen, hits UK cinemas on Friday 9 August. 

Based on the memoir 'Greetings From Bury Park' by Sarfraz Manzoor, Blinded By The Light sees Javed (the Manzoor-inspired by character) find connections between his working-class life and The Boss' lyrics, finding a "direct line to all that is true in the world."

The film is, of course, soundtracked by a number of Springsteen hits, including 'Dance in the Dark', a live version of 'The River' (performed at Madison Square Garden in 1979), 'Born To Run' and the film's namesake, the 1973 hit 'Blinded By The Light.'
