New Zealand’s Robinson has released her new track ‘Medicine’ with a music video that pulls on the heart strings.
Following the release of her previous single ‘Don’t Trust Myself’ the 21-year-old fire cracker does not look like she is slowing down.
Her emotional lyrics capture listeners, but with renowned pop-sensibility, she is able to transcend traditional norms.
Clash Mag are calling the track “A Triumph”.
“Medicine is about not realising the weight of your actions and words until it happens to you…It’s about having a taste of your own medicine”.
The starlet has also released the Music Video for the track which adds a complimentary visual companion to the divine vocal phrases in ‘Medicine’.
In the video Robinson appears as a burst of red amongst the deep blue and misty sea. She is red and raw emotion in a sea of grey haziness.
