BOI is back with new single 'So Long' this comes after her previously released debut EP 'Look At Me Now'.

Speaking about 'So Long', BOI says, “The song is about not giving up and is a tribute to getting knocked down and finding a way to get back up again. The song was born out of the blinding darkness and bleak state of despair as I tried to re-humanise myself.

"The empowerment came out in the lyrics which came out effortlessly and were recorded all in one take as if it were like a diary entry, verbatim style, articulating the injustice, betrayal and pain I was experiencing, like a conversation.”
