If your song(s) are published by Universal Music Publishing, and if you do not already have a UMPG Window account, then please sign up now! Royalty Window is the on-line place to access your royalty statements and other royalty reports. In addition to viewing your statements on-line, you can take advantage of UMPG Window’s Real-time balance functionality as well as the One-click Advance tool.  To sign up, please log on to UMPG Window to establish your account.  

In order to provide you with the best experience possible, royalty participants should start by ensuring we have your current contact information and advise us of a forwarding address in the event you have relocated.

If you believe you are owed royalties or have not received a statement from the Universal Music Publishing Group, please make use of the search feature on this page to find out if your name is on our missing address list. Please enter your name or payee code to start your search and press SUBMIT. If your name comes up as a match, please call or email us so that we can obtain information to update our records. Even if you do not locate your name, please feel free to send us an inquiry about royalties or statements you think may be due.

Why are the units on my statement less than the units I see on SoundScan?

SoundScan units are compiled through a combination of point-of-sale data and extrapolation, and may not represent actual sales. Also, SoundScan does not always represent an accurate measure of royalty bearing units under your contract or license.

I would like a more detailed explanation of certain costs deducted from my statement?
