Billboard Shines a Spotlight on UMPG Songwriter Paul DiGiovanni

In the wake of Paul DiGiovanni's first number one country song, Dan + Shay’s “How Not To,” Billboard sat down with him to discuss his recent success.

“How Not To” (co-written by Kevin Bard and Adam Hambrick) comes as a rapid success for DiGiovanni, who moved to Nashville only three years ago. When asked about his chart-topping success, DiGiovanni says, "It's the biggest dream of mine coming true, and I'm just waiting for it to all to sink in."

This is only the beginning for DiGiovanni, as he is producing the debut albums of Universal Music Group artists Jordan Davis and Brandon Lay. He also has upcoming cuts on Dustin Lynch and Chase Bryant’s albums. If that isn’t enough, DiGiovanni has been collaborating with Scott Hendricks for multiple Warner Music Nashville projects. Billboard magazine predicts DiGiovanni is “destined to become one of Nashville's behind-the-scenes superstars.”
