Stereophonics release ninth studio album ‘Keep The Village Alive’

Stereophonics have released their ninth studio album ‘Keep the Village Alive’ via their own label Stylus Records label through Ignition Records.

‘Keep The Village Alive’ is the band’s ninth studio album and is written by Kelly Jones, produced by Kelly and Jim Lowe. Kelly explains that storytelling is at the heart of the album. “That’s the key to the ‘Keep the Village Alive’ phrase. Everywhere I went as a kid, what we were learning through life or whatever was through storytelling. You were always listening to somebody’s version of events.”

Following on from first single ‘C’est La Vie’, comes second single ‘I Wanna Get Lost With You’.  Other highlights include future single ‘White Lies’, ‘Fight Or Flight’ which features orchestration from Bond arranger David Arnold and the beautifully uplifting, ‘Song For The Summer’.

Since winning a Brit Award for Best New Group in 1998 Stereophonics have gone from strength to strength, delivering outstanding music over several decades. Consistently at the very top of their game, they have had career sales of over 10 million albums including six platinum and multi-platinum albums and the quadruple-platinum-selling best of collection ‘Decade In The Sun’. The band have also had eleven top ten singles including the phenomenal number one single ‘Dakota’.
