Dotan has announced the first part of the line-up of his 7 Layers Festival. The list includes Jake Isaac, Rhodes, Luke Sital-Singh, Alex Vargas, Thomas Dybdahl, and Benjamin Francis Leftwich. More artists are to be announced.

7 Layers Festival will take place the 17th and 18th of September 2016, scattered over different locations in Amsterdam. The festival is a follow-up to the 7 Layers Sessions Dotan held in Bitterzoet. During the sessions, the venue was essentially turned into a big living room, creating a very intimate atmosphere in which the audience and the artist are closer than in a conventional setting. This intimacy is very important to Dotan, as he started his career doing mostly living room sessions.

"The point of the festival is to discover new artists and hopefully leave with a lot of new impressions. It has to be a place where artists want to play, because they know the audience is giving them every bit of their attention."  said Dotan.
