After getting signed to UMPG in November of 2014, gathering 100.000.000 streams on two songs alone in just 9 months – Claes Remmered-Persson and Otto Petterson are now ready to invade the United States.
Their debut song ’UFO’ reached 67.000.000 streams on Spotify in only 8 months, earning them a well deserved #2 spot on the Official Swedish Chart. In June, Universal Music released the duos sophomore single ’Shots & Squats’ which was written together with UMPG writers Noël Svahn, David Landolf and Simon Strömstedt, earning them the #1 position on the Swedish Spotify Chart.
Vigiland is currently on tour, making sure everyone in Scandinavia is aware of the fact that the phenomenon from Västervik is here to stay, and meanwhile packing their bags for the U.S release where ’Shots & Squats’ is ready to be released through Republic Records in the early fall of 2015.
