"With this collaboration, we want to create something unique that focuses on what we ourselves value with our music creation; storytelling. We want to create a holistic experience, a visual journey, where we trigger all senses. In addition, this opportunity has also give us the chance to explore our shared love for the theatrical and the unexpected," says Vincent Pontare from Vargas & Lagola.
"Spotify’s desire to collaborate with Vargas & Lagola was no surprise. Both Vincent and Salem are incredibly creative music creators who with their aesthetic talent always have managed to enhance their music in completely unique ways. I am more than looking forward to stepping into their world and expect a completely new type of experience," says Joakim Johansson, Managing Director Universal Music Sweden.
