Universal Music Publishing has signed an exclusive global publishing agreement with singer and songwriter Sara Parkman and her co-writer Hampus Norén.
Sara Parkman is the perfect mix of Vikings and Berghain - folklore, heavy beats, Hildegard von Bingen, Gregorian chants and dirty violins all come together in her unique sound. Over the past five years she has established herself as one of Sweden's most interesting contemporary folk musicians with two full-length albums and collaborations with Fever Ray och Bob Hund. She continues to show that traditional music has a place in both known and unexplored areas of today.
In November 2019 her third album, 'Vesper' was released on Supertraditional, a label recently founded by Parkman and musician/artist colleagues.
