Academy Award winner Ron Howard (A Beautiful Mind, Apollo 13) directs the biopic about the rivalry between McLaren's English playboy James Hunt (Chris Hemsworth) and the austere, Ferrari-driving Austrian Niki Lauda (Daniel Brühl). Writer Peter Morgan (who worked with Howard on Frost/Nixon) presents a tale of two men in their impressive yet selfish pursuit of glory; pushing themselves to mental and physical extremities in an era in which the death of two or three drivers was an excepted part of the sport. Rush was released in cinemas nationwide on Friday 13th September.

The film’s soundtrack includes music from Universal Music Publishing artists: Spencer Davis Group – 'Gimme Some Lovin'; Thin Lizzy  - 'The Rocker'; David Bowie – 'Fame' (through our writer Carlos Alomar); Jimmy Cliff – 'Many Rivers to Cross' and Mud – 'Dynamite'.
