Three songs from UMPG writers appear in McDonald’s recent 40th Anniversary ad campaign, which sees various people experiencing ‘rite-of-passage’ moments - such as driving for the first time after passing their test - and demonstrates how McDonald’s plays a part in these seminal moments.
The TV campaign, which comprises of six 30 second ads, features music exclusively from the Seventies and includes Universal Music Publishing signed tracks ‘We’ by Neil Diamond, ‘Boys Are Back in Town’ by Thin Lizzy and ‘Rainbow’ by Peters and Lee.
