BT has launched its first campaign for BT Plus, promising to keep its customers connected whether in or out of the home. The TV advert is set to New Order’s synth-pop classic ‘Blue Monday’ and features a woman, strolling from her home listening to the catchy tune from her laptop to the street listening to the same track on her mobile.
In an interview with Campaign Live Dan Ramsay, consumer marketing director at BT, said the New Order track had been chosen because it was "upbeat, catchy, and it sounds contemporary (even though it’s not)".
