Traffic's 1967 hit 'Dear Mr. Fantasy' soundtracks the opening title credits of the latest Marvel film. 

The melancholic track is taken from the band's album 'Mr. Fantasy', and backs Endgame’s poignant opening scene, its lyrics perfectly setting the tone for the rest of the film. 

The song is just one of a handful of pop songs that accompany Alan Silvestri's score, and kicks off the film with an appropriately bittersweet tone.
