Set in the mid-80s, ‘The Nest’ – currently screening in UK cinemas and on demand – features some of the decade’s most iconic releases, including Heart ‘These Dreams’, Thompson Twins ‘Hold Me Now’, The Cure ‘A Forest, This Mortal Coil ‘Sixteen Days/Gathering Dust’ and New Order ‘Bizarre Love Triangle.’
Elsewhere on the soundtrack are John Coltrane’s ‘Naima’, and a classical interlude in Chopin’s ‘Nocturne No 2 Op. 9 in E flat Major’.
