The latest John Lewis advert features ‘La La Lu’ by Peggy Lee (UMPG writers Peggy Lee and Francis J. Burke).

The emotive spot, under the strapline ‘for all life’s moments’ was created by Adam & Eve/DDB, and opens with a dad placing his hand on his partner’s pregnant belly. It then follows the Dad and his daughter through some of the key moments of early parenthood: from sleepless nights to first steps, from birthdays to her first day at school.

'La La Lu' was also featured in the soundtrack for the 1955 Disney classic 'Lady and The Tramp'.
