Artists and songwriters signed to Universal Music Publishing won six Ivor Novello Awards yesterday.
Adele took home two awards including the prestigious Songwriter Of The Year, along with the PRS for Most Performed Work for ‘Rolling In The Deep’. Mark Owen and Take That won Outstanding Contribution To Music, whilst The Lifetime Achievement Award went to Mark Knopfler. There were also awards for Jimmy Webb, who won PRS for Music Special International Award and Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber, who was awarded the BASCA Fellowship.
