Nancy Sanchez is an artist and a songwriter from Mexico but is now based in California. Nancy’s songs reflect her influences on both sides of the border, including Regional Mexican, Latin Alternative, and Jazz. She can write in both English and Spanish. Nancy’s songs have been selected in Global campaigns for EA Sports FIFA, Red Bull Formula 1 Racing, and National Campaigns for Target, Kay Jewelers and Nickelodeon National Hispanic Heritage Month as well as in the Netflix hit series 'The Lincoln Lawyer' and several films. Her album La Gran Civilización features a collaboration with ®Latin Grammy-winning all-female mariachi band Flor De Toloache on “Puerta Del Sol”. She is also a part of Las Chorizeras, an all-Female ensemble that realizes all of Nancy Sanchez’s original songs in a fresh new Regional Alternative and Regional Mexican way. They incorporate traditional mariachi instruments, like the guitarron, the vihuela and the violin, into a mariachi fusion style.
