Daniel Lindegren

Daniel Lindegren is a multifaceted musician/songwriter/producer from Stockholm. Moving to London in his early 20s Daniel formed his first band Vatican DC, a four piece Indie Rock band who toured with The Prodigy and Bloc Party. Ever evolving, Daniel began to concentrate on solo work and embarked on a new project under the name Tommy Sparks and was immediately signed to Island. 'She's Got Me Dancing' - the lead single from the self-titled album - was an instant pop anthem and was picked up by Apple for their 2009 iPod Touch campaign among a plethora of syncs with brands such as EA Sports and Ubisoft.

Following Tommy Sparks, Daniel toured with Bloc Party as their stand in bass player. Becoming friends with front man Kele Okereke, Daniel was later asked to be the musical director for his solo project ‘Kele’. While touring Daniel kept writing with many artists including The Prodigy, Digitalisim, The Filthy Dukes, Kele and The Swiss as well as remixing tracks for the likes of Lady Gaga and White Lies.

Daniel is currently developing two artists, Fred Page, a singer/songwriter from London signed to Virgin EMI, and Pawws, an electronic band also from London managed by Roc-Nation.

Now signed to Jimmy Hogarth's publishing company Kid Gloves, Daniel continues to bring his own brand of musical styles to various artists and projects.
