Conor Larkman and Sean Finnigan aka LF SYSTEM met through playing B2B sets at the Edinburgh club night FLY. After sharing some early disco edits on SoundCloud, they started dropping their own tracks on the platform, with five ‘People Want Music’ demo EPs. One of those tracks was their first single ‘Dancing Cliché’, which picked up early club support from the likes of EwanMcVicar, Elliott Adamson, TSHA and Danny Howard, among others, with Danny playing it on his Radio 1 show for 7 weeks in a row as an unsigned white label.

It later received a full commercial release and went on to spend 6 weeks on the Radio 1 playlist. The big moments kept on coming, with sold-out shows across Scotland and being named as The Blessed Madonna’s One To Watch for 2022. Shortly after, they released "Afraid To Feel" - the now double Platinum record that was the dance track of the year across the globe. After quickly becoming the song of the Summer, it went on to spend 8 weeks atop the UK charts, equalling fellow Scot Calvin Harris' record for longest running electronic track to sit at #1 while also hitting #1 shazam spots in numerous countries such as Australia, UK, New Zealand, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland and more.

Following this success, the guys have also been sought out for official remixes for the likes of Fatboy Slim and Carl Cox (‘SpeedTrials On Acid’), Diplo & TSHA (Let You Go) and many others. Elevated from their modest West Lothian roots to international attention, LF SYSTEM have no intention of slowing down, with recent sold out debut tours of USA, Australia & New Zealand to kick off 2023 and major festival appearances to follow through the Summer at the likes of Glastonbury, Creamfields, Reading, Leeds, Exit, Parklife, TRNSMT and many more.
